I completed a year internship with ISFAP where I delivered in creating reporting to provide stakeholders insight into data in various forms such as creating a dashboard or a report to give a view the status of business operations. I have created ETL process with the platform SSIS to multiple ways such as cleaning the data, moving from a flat file into the database or update any records with new information.
I also completed a Data Engineering Bootcamp with Wizeline where I applied techniques in PySpark and SQL to optimize data processing workflows.

Marketing Momentum, a leading retailer in the bicycle industry, has been facing some challenges with declining sales and customer retention rates in recent years. Upon further analysis, the company realized they lacked a deeper understanding of their diverse customer base as their one-size-fits-all approach was no longer resonating well. With different demographic groups having unique preferences, needs and purchase behaviors, Marketing Momentum needed better insights into how to effectively cater to each segment. They suspected this lack of customer understanding could be a key reason for lackluster performance across marketing campaigns, suboptimal pricing of product offerings, and inefficient allocation of sales resources.
The analysis uncovered that our target market is the age group between 35-64, meaning the older people get the more they focus on being active. As we have more quantity of accessories they don't make a profit compared to bikes, so increasing the production of bikes the company will become more profitable.
I tasked myself to use Google Play Store dataset to uncover some applications on the Google Play Store that do better than others, receiving good reviews and thousands of downloads. The project will outline certain trends that will offer suggestions for improving app performance on Google Play Store. Using data chosen from the Google Play Store that contains 10,000 apps to analyse key metrics such as number of installations, ratings and categories so we can learn more about how to better understand what makes an app highly successful so we can improve the number of installations and user engagement.
This project comes from completing my Datacamp Data Analyst certification. I performed exploratory data analysis and data mining on the pet supplies dataset provided to identify key factors influencing sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics like ratings and repeat purchases. By leveraging data visualization techniques and Python programming language, I uncovered insights into which product categories, animal types, sizes, and price points drive higher sales revenue and better ratings. The analysis revealed important trends and patterns in the pet supplies industry that can inform data-driven decision making for pricing strategies, product assortment planning, and customer segmentation.
